Deposit Process Deposits are optional. Keep in mind that our puppies are usually sold before we even breed the litter To hold a puppy we require a $500 deposit. We will not hold a puppy until we receive a deposit. If for some reason you don’t find a puppy that is to your liking you have the right to wait for the next litter or get a refund of your deposit. We don’t want to place puppies in homes where they are not wanted. The deposit is refundable if the buyer does not find a suitable puppy at the time of selection(6 weeks of age). Once a puppy has been selected the deposit will be nonrefundable. Refunds are not offered before puppies are born and refunds are not available after puppy has been picked out. If the buyer requests a refund for any other reason there will be a $100.00 deduction fee. If you are the first depositor you get 1st pick of the litter. If you are number 3 then you get 3rd pick. The exception to this is if someone has a deposit in for a show puppy or breeding stock, those depositors get pick of the litter. Breeder also reserves right for pick of the litter. Only one given per litter. What this all means is that out of each litter one puppy may go to me, to another breeder, or show person. After the first pup is picked all others go in order deposits were taken. Mail deposits to: Tiffany Rogers PO Box 423 Supply, NC 28462 Process for getting an Old Cypress Cavalier 1. Contact us and decide if we are the breeder for you. oldcypress@atmc.net 2. Place a deposit to reserve puppy (this is optional until the pups are born). When you place your deposit you will be mailed a receipt. 3. Puppies are born. Put on website and clients with deposits notified. 4. Clients with deposits get to pick out their puppies (6 weeks)(only at this time are deposits refundable). NEW PUPPY PARENTS RECEIVE PICS AND UPDATES OF THEIR PUPPIES. 5. Remaining puppies are placed on the web to be sold. (this rarely happens) 6. Puppies are 8 weeks old. PICK UP YOUR PUPPY. The balance of your puppy fee is due at this time in cash or money order. If paying by personal check the balance is due 2 weeks prior (so that the check may clear the bank). 7. Puppies 10 weeks are shipped to owners. Balance due for puppy and shipping at 8 weeks of age. ENJOY YOUR NEW PUPPIES AND CALL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. Your puppy will leave us with: Comprehensive vet check from our veterinarian. Old Cypress Puppy Package In this package you will receive information on general puppy care, our health guarantee, and a list of steps that we have taken to insure that you get a happy, healthy, well socialized addition to your family. -Information Sheet -Health Guarantee –Toy, Puppy Food, Info Pack. -Current vaccination and shot record -Puppies Vaccinated at 6 weeks -Wormed every week from 2 to 8 weeks -Business Card for any questions or concerns -AKC registration information for your puppy.
